- Design each tool to create a mold to optimize product quality, maximize production efficiencies, and minimize product cost.
- Fully equipped tool shop to repair and maintain all of our customers’ molds.
- Regular maintenance of molds. Each mold reviewed after each production run.
- Experience molding phenolics, melamine-phenolics, DAP, alkyds, polyester (both BMC and SMC), and carbon fiber compounds.
- Close relationships with material suppliers to create special formulations for color, strength, heat or chemical resistance, or other important needed characteristics.
- Seeking alternate material to find cost savings for our customers.
